4. Your Data

All your data is stored locally on your machine. We do not have access to the contents of your databases. You are solely responsible for backing up your data.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ordobase is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Ordobase on devices you own or control, subject to the plan you have purchased.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ordobase.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, or sublicense the software. You may not use Ordobase for any unlawful purpose.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation the app enters read-only mode so you can export your data.
